A big HI to anyone who still comes here haha... omg u guys and gals are j2s already! so i am j4 alr!! i feel damn damn old haha! i rmb the first time i see you guys you all were still in ur sec sch uniforms! but soon u all will be taking a levels soon! wow!

Anyway, hope you are all well and good and enjoying school! :P btw, my classes haven't started yet! (aren't you jealous?? :P) haha... i had a fantastic winter break! i didn't go back to singapore, and went travelling around new york city and california with my jc classmate!

new york city was soooooooo busy and crowded! hated walking through the crowds urghz... we even stood at times square in the cold for 5 hrs for the new year's countdown! it's insane i tell u!!! california was so sunny and pleasant! love the weather! we even biked across golden gate bridge! the topography of san francisco is so cool! the streets in san francisco go up and down and up and down! haha...

To be able to travel around (using scholarship allowance :P) and see the world is probably one of the best things about studying overseas. Not enticed yet? Check out these beautiful US unis campus i visited over winter break!

Columbia University, Stanford University (look at the blue sky!!), University of California - Berkeley, and, how can i forget to include my own uni Cornell!

So, if you are keen on studying overseas, you got to start working hard now! cuz US unis admit you primarily based on your prelim results and of course all the SAT stuff and admission essays! haha this is really an ultimate propaganda blog entry but really hope it can serve as your motivation to be serious about your work and your future! you all are j2s already, and the year will be over before u know it trust me, so you ought to start planning ahead for your future! Think about your interests, what career do you want? Start looking up on all the various universities, including the local ones, to decide which course/uni/country you are interested in! if in doubt, you could always ask me, esp regarding the US ones.

I'll be coming back to spore during summer break! will come and visit rj! meanwhile, you all better work hard yeah! good luck to your physics and all other subjects and SPA and S papers heeZ! :)
